Byte 0: Triggered testing enabled flag
Byte 1: Enable additional start condition flag
Byte 2: Enable additional end condition flag
Byte 3: Triggered test flags

Triggered testing enabled flag:
0 = disabled
1 = enabled
Start / end addition condition flags:
0 = No additional condition
Non-zero = Additional condition enabled
Triggered test flags:
Bit 0: Enable analog output (Set bit to 1 to enable)
Bit 1: Enable pulse output (Set bit to 1 to enable)
Bit 2: Reserved (Obsolete)
Bit 3: Reserved (Obsolete)
Bits 4->7: Unused

0 => m/s
1 => kph
2 => mph
3 => knots

Bit 0 set: Output at regular speed intervals

Bit 1 set: Output deviation distance
Bit 2 set: Output Acceleration
