Making Presentation Ready Graphs

There are four ways to make presentation ready graphs in Analyis Program.

• Print Graphs using Print Window... command ('''FILE -> Print Window... )
• Print graphs to a PDF file and then use it in a program that can handle PDF documents

• Copy the graph window bitmap to the clipboard and use it in a program that can handle bitmaps

• Copy and paste graph data to a spreadsheet program like MS Excel and then rebuild the graph in the spreadsheet program.

Among these four methods, method two, three and four are more suitable to create presentation ready Graphs.
