Compatible recording modes

All GoPro MP4 and LRV video files are supported, including all resolutions and frame rates.

If you only intend to do data analysis then smaller resolution videos LRVs are excellent and very fast to handle. High resolution MP4 files are ideal for then a presentation video with data overlays are required.
