Byte 0: Validity
Byte 1: Accuracy heading (degrees)
Bytes 2-3: INS heading (degrees in the range -180 to 180)
Byte 4: Accuracy gradient (degrees)
Bytes 5-7: INS gradient (degrees)
Resolution of accuracy is degrees/100
Resolution of heading and gradient is degrees/100.
NOTE: In this message, heading is output in the range -180 to 180°. Use the alternative message RT_INS_Heading_Gradient_2 instead if heading is required in the range 0 to 360°.
