RT_CFG_MFDD: 159, 7 (0x9F0720 + unit ID) (0x7C7)
Byte 0: MFDD start threshold (either percentage of start speed or integer speed depending on value of byte 2)
Byte 1: MFDD end threshold (either percentage of start speed or integer speed depending on value of byte 2)
Byte 2: MFDD percentage / fixed speed threshold flag
0 => MFDD thresholds are % of start speed
1 => MFDD thresholds are fixed speeds
Byte 3: Speed units if byte 2 is 1
0 => m/s
1 => kph
2 => mph
3 => knots
Remaining values unused
Bytes 4->7: Unused
