External frequency channel

Sensor location = Data1
Default channel names are as follows but can be changed by the user as required

Frequency RPM 1 (see note 1)
Frequency EGR 2
Frequency ISBV 3
Nitrous Solenoid Freq 4
Frequency (Hz) = (Data2 + Data3 x 2^8)/10

Note 1: note that this RPM channel is not normally used, instead the RPM should be put onto the dedicated RPM channel (message 18).
