This is channel is for transmission of general data in floating point notation.
- For the user general variables byte 2 is 0
- For hidden factory variables byte 2 > 0
- Units byte is used to denote what the units are of the floating point value. Note that this byte is not yet supported; added in as a future option.
The system currently supports General Purpose channels 1-100
