Displaying information messages

Note: need to change the two images in this page to match with D4P FD

With the new text message display, it is possible for DASH4PRO FD to show information messages coming from a logging device.

• These are generated when there is an information, warning or error from a connected system
• This feature cannot be turned off

There are two types of messages.

1. Message with Time out setting

These messages always display with a countdown timer on top right corner. When this becomes zero, message is cleared automatically. It is also possible to clear these messages with a button press.

2. Permanent messages

Permanent messages can only be cleared with a button press.
