How do I get further support?
If you are experiencing difficulties with any RT products, our first line of support is provided through the website.
This can be found at http://www.race-technology.com. When you have entered the site, you will find a list of options.
By selecting the forum, you can view an on going dialogues between the RT staff, our customers and other interested parties.
Upon entering the forum, you will see a list of general queries. Select the one that most closely applies to your situation.
You will now find a list of specific topics. By entering these, you will be able to view the continuing dialogue on your chosen subject.
To post your own query, or to add your opinions to a pre-existing topic, you will need to register. Click on the appropriate place at the top of the screen.
This will open up another page, showing the terms and conditions that apply to registering with the forum. Once you have agreed to the terms given, you will be asked to fill in a form with your details. When you are fully registered, you will be free to take part in the RT forum.

Click "Support" on the main menu.
A screen will be displayed, showing the main topics for support and pre-existing answers to some of our more frequently asked question.
Select the main heading that most closely applies to your question.
If you can't find the answer that you are looking for in the articles given, you can submit your question directly to the RT team.
Click on the link at the bottom of the screen..
You will now be given the option to select the general area of enquiry.
To ask your question, simply fill in the form with your contact details and question, and press "Submit Ticket".
You will automatically receive an email, confirming that your question has been submitted.
Once your question has been received, a member of the RT support team will look into it and respond at the earliest available opportunity.
