What equation are you using for this sensor in the dash config?

What is the sensor output in volts at ambient pressure and full scale?

output volts with zero pressure is 0.643 no idea what it is at maximum as i cant send 10 bar to the sensor as its fitted in the engine.

The equation you have selected is for the Race Technology supplied pressure sensor. You are using a different pressure sensor and this has different characteristics when compared with the Race Technology supplied pressure sensor.

You need a calibration map to setup the sensor, ideally you would get that from the sensor manufacture, but I can't see one anywhere for that sensor.

You can map them yourself with a handheld pressure tester, but that extra expense for a single use? meh! Just as well purchase a new sensor with a published map or just get a RT one.

However, I did find a map which somewhere else had recorded and posted for that sensor, i may not be totally accurate, but close enough.

Just follow the last part of this topic to configure a custom map equation

https://www.race-technology.com/wiki/in ... ogueInputs

X = sensor voltage
Y = output value (psi)

your a legend ! got it all sorted and correct pressure reading. so thank you. now all i have to do is get the rest of the dash to work and it wont be too bad. 4 weeks i have been trying to get this sorted , was told there is something wrong with my omex ecu, so sent it to omex they checked everything and updated everything. ecu is perfect but still no telemetry on dash. except for oil pressure which you helped me sort.

What other problems are you having, not sure I can help much, but happy to give it a go ?

I've was in the same situation for weeks trying to figure stuff out, and Support from RT is not very forthcoming at the best of times I'm afraid, even direct support is slow, so if you want an answer be prepared to wait a good while, or call them and ask them to respond to your support request reference number if you don't get a response in 48 hrs.
