Bosch PST-F 1 Sensor

I am looking to install a Bosch Combined Pressure/Temperature Sensor PST-F 1.
The pinout is
Pin 2 Pressure Signal
Pin 3 Power Supply
Pin 4 Ground
Pin 5 Temperature Signal
I would like to use 2 inputs on a dl1 and supply the power from a single source. Documentation says for temperature measurement "please use a pull-up resistor with an optimal value of 4.6 kOhm". Does that seem correct?
Thanks

Hello,
Based on the Bosch data sheet, yes, 4.6kOhm sounds like a sensible suggestion for the pullup resistor. Other values in the 1-5kOhm range would also be fine but in all cases you will need to derive your own characteristic equation for the measured temperature, of course.

That is an intriguing sensor, I didn't know it existed.
What's the source and cost?
Any thoughts on its suitability to be mounted directly into an engine block oil gallery? Generally, I like to remote-mount my sensors, but I like this idea.

Thanks. I purchased one but I'm totally drawing a blank on how to wire in a pull-up resistor. Can anyone offer assistance?
On their temp sensors, R-T puts a resistor on the 5V ref wire, but I suspect that would cause issues with the pressure side of this switch. So I'm not clear where, and between what two wires, to put that pull-up resistor in.
Thanks!

What I do is between the 5v of the data logger and the signal wire.
I also do it at the logger and not at the sensor.
