temp and press sensors on dash2

hello
i need some help connecting:
oil temp
water temp
oil pressure
fuel pressure
on my dash2 display, i have 2 AIM temp sensor with 4 cables (i believe 1 is not used)

on the temp sensors i have a resistance variation of 115 ohms with 21 C, to 137 ohms with 100 C (aprox). between the 2 red cables
