It seems my E36 BMW M3 has 3 wire ABS sensors for the front wheels but only 2 wire ABS sensors for the rear.
I assume the 3 wire front sensors will work just fine. But is there an easy way to adapt the rear sensors? Or does anyone know a 3 wire replacement sensor that will fit the stock rear E36 fitment?
Thanks

not sure about the 2 wires. But i use cherry GS1005 hall effect sensors. Should be relatively easy to pick up a bolt head off the diff output flange. Small bracket bolted to the subframe or something.
On the front, I put them through the brake cooling plates and pick up a bolt head put in the backside of front wheel bearing. I use the bolt hole that is used to hold the rotor to the flange.
I wonder if the DL1 can handle the high frequency that the ABS sensors will put out. I get plenty of resolution for wheel speed above about ~40mph with one pulse per revolution.
