"Click to select colour" won't keep my new colour?

I downloaded a new version of the Analysis software (v8.5.369) and I have an minor issue changing a run color. Under Analysis Options, Colours, the first color red looks very similar to the second color orange. I can click on color 2, select black to change it and then click OK on the Reprocess box but the run #2 color always goes back to orange. It doesn't matter if I have runs loaded or not. What am I missing?
