splicing multiple sessions

Is there a way to splice two sessions together? In an effort to avoid logging errors due to power being shut off while logging, I've got the setup file programmed to start/stop the logging based on vehicle speed. Works fine until someone puts the car off the track and comes to a stop. I

I'm trying to piece together a couple of laps that involved excursions.
