Dl1 + ecu cable. Missing data from ecu.

Hello,

I got a dl1 with serial cable connected to the ecu and i am missing data.
The thing i that it worked before and now it dont work.

any idea what it can be? or how i can trubleshoot this issue?

I know it sounds really obvious, but have any configuration changes been made since it was last working, either to the ECU or to the data logger?

no, i only did some config changes after i noticed that i got no data from the ecu.

i dont know if its fw related i got a new fw in the begining of the year i think that increased the samplerate of the cable i dont know if that might have any thing to do with it.

Is it ok to keep the config file for the dl1 on the compackt flash cart or can it interfear with the ecucable?

There is no problem keeping the configuration on the card, but there is no need to.

Check which version of the firmware you are running, but I'm not aware of any issues.

how do I check the fw version in the cable? had an issue before the upgrade where the samle rate of the data from the ecu was les than 0,5Hz.
so I got a new firmware for the cable.

Please email the firmware you used for the cable directly to me, mhill at race-technology dot com.
To check your data logger firmware you can look in the run manager in the Analysis software.
