video overlay mp4 file can't be read in Analysis

I have a video file that works in other places but not in Analysis. I have tried reprocessing the mp4 file with other mp4 codecs but still no good. I get "the video could not be loaded, please check......". The only thing I can think that's different with this file than in the past is that this file was loaded to google drive and brought onto my PC from there.
