Hello
Unlike the DASH2PRO, the DASH2 does not have built in GPS.
If the DASH2 is connected to a Race Technology data logger, it can display GPS speed from the data logger.

Hi John A video licence is required to view GoPro videos in the Race Technology analysis software for data loggers - this is not the same licence that is required for the GoPro standalone software. To reflash via SD card you must insert the SD card with the .RMG file with the power off. Then turn on the DL1. Is this what you did?

This sounds like the firmware has got corrupted somehow. The best thing to do is try reflashing from the configuration software (file --> reflash) via USB.
