What dash config software version are you using? The latest software uses a different dash setup which requires the rpm scaling to match the scaling factor in the dl1 analysis software. Previously there was some sort of adjustment required.

I thought it was supposed to be IP65 sealed. Water shouldn't be able to get in there.

Dash 1 condensation

In the lower part of the Dash 1 screen, I seem to have a small amount of condensation. Should this occur? How can I clear it up?

Serious Dash 1 Config problems - URGENT

Hi guys. I have called and faxed RT for help on this but no response so I thought it worth a shot to post here. At a test day last week my RPM input on the Dash 1 was not working. I am feeding it through the Dl1 from the LT side of the coil. The engine is a 4cyl 2litre pinto. In the DL1 the software...

Changing font sizes

I need to be able to use teh software on a laptop with a 14" screen. As it stands, more 'senior' members of the team can't read anything due to the small font sizes in charts etc. Is there any way to change this? I have searched all the docs but can't find anything.

Actual data at a point on the circuit

This seems stupid but I am trying to get a readout of the actual data at a point. So I can see at X point I was doing this speed/g/etc. I am sure this is obvious to but other than using the the virtual dash - how do it do it please with the V6 software??

Changelog doesn't seem to list any changes in the firmware. Anything noticeable post the reflash?

Any details on what the changelog comments mean? High accuracy GPS mode and the beta.

A quick look at the Dash1 config seems mostly changes as to how formulae are done.

Dash 1 + DL1 working well!

Finally have the Dash 1 and DL1 in the RF82 Van Diemen FF2000. Will post a photo but overall it is working very well. Initial problems in getting a clean RPM signal from the king leand/plug leads but changed to taking a low voltage one off the negative side of the coil and it was instantly very reli...

Replacing Astratech with DL1+Dash1 - Use of old sensors

I am replacing an old Astratech system with a DL1+Dash 1 Combination. The Astratech has wheel speed, RPM and Throttle position sensors. With the TPS, I was wondering if I should be able to connect it straight into the DL1 rather than replacing it. Not much need I guess for the wheel speed sensor giv...

My wiring info was on the bottom of the label on the bag holding the unit. Easy to miss though.

Of course not. But I am trying to get the most accurate log trace for gear position that I can. For the dash, I just need a relatively accurate calculation. Currently I have a lot of noise and I can't quite work out why.

Gear calculation - adjusting for blips

I am trying to get the gear calculation working and other than needing to work out the final drive ratio, my other problem is that it looks like a throttle blip with the clutch depressed can fool the calculation into thinking that a gear change occurred. Not a problem per se as you are downchanging ...
