Produce a Graph Showing Velocity

Postby Daz » Mon Nov 28, 2005 9:59 am

Hi

How is it possible to produce a graph showing velocity?

I intend to log the suspension and understand how to use the USER DEFINED VARIABLES to produce a graph showing shock travel in mm etc.

But I would also like to produce a graph to show the Velocity of the shock travel.
I know the formula is Velocity(m/sec) = Distance(m) / Time(sec).
(Please correct me if I am wrong)

But I cannot work out how to get a USER DEFINED VARIABLE channel to do this :?:

Any Ideas

Cheers Darryl

Hi,
The easiest way to do this is to download the new V6 software, If you then go into the variable explorer you will see that you have the ability to integrate or differentiate the variable with respect to time or distance. If you set up a user defined variable to be the differential of shock position with respect to time then you have your shock rate.
You can download V6 from:
