AP22 wont upload data to V6?

Just keeps telling me the unit is not turned off or is not connected properly.

Both of which are not true...

Any help would be much appreciated.

Also when this happens it switches off the AP22?? And alot of the time the AP22 wont turn on when plugged into the computer.

I met the same problem,AP 22 was powered on and connect properly(through USB/COM converster),connection respond incorrect.

Any advice available for the same(?) problem. I have working serial ports on my PC, but I also get error when trying to connect.

Most of these problems are related to serial port issues on newer PCs, or to very old AP22s that are not compatible with the Analysis software.

Hi, just got back to this.
I bought this unit blind last year. No s/w or instructions.
It appears to log data, but I cant connect to PC using serial cable. It returns with 'cant connect to device' Where should I start to look/eliminate. Thanks!
