Dash2 RPM promlem

Hy,
i have PRM problem whit dash2 , if i turn ignition on the dash2 wake up and all data that i connected in the dash is working except RPM. But if i turn off the ignition and i turn it on again then i have RPM. I figured out that i must turn igniton on then off and wait 4 sec and igniton on and rpm is working. But every time if i want rpm i have to make this sequence.
Anyone have any ideas why is he doing this?
