We have recently build a Golf GTI race car we are using in the UK Time Attack series and are running a Dash2, DL-1 and Video4 package.

I have the RPM feed from a CAN-Bus adapter (which outputs the RPM as a square wave speed pulse) into the DL-1 RPM low input.

The problem I have is on both the Dash2 and Video4 the RPM displayed/recorded is doubled what the car is actually doing.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

All you would need to do is double the expected pulses pre revolution.
