CtrlOP 4 still ON

Hello,
I actually meet a problem with the tandem DASH4pro Oled and DL1 MK3.
The Dash4 always send me the error message "CtrlOP 4 still ON".
I've searched on the forum and on the net without any success.
Someone have an idea?

Hello
This means that control output 4 is configured to be use, but nothing is connected to it. To get rid of this message, simply reconfigure the Dl1 with control output 4 disabled.

Output4 was configured to display the log status on a led but it was not connected.
It's strange an, I thing, not normal that a not connected output cause an error. Does it exist a current sensor on these output drivers?

The system monitors the voltage level on the pins. When connected they will have an external pullup on them, so when the outputs are not activated the voltage will be high. If there is nothing connected the voltage will be low, which looks exactly like the output driver is turned on.
So the system knows there is a fault, but it can't tell between an output driver fault which is pulling the output low, or a disconnected wire which means the output is not being pulled high.
