logging into sd card

Dl1 pro is logging data as soon as I start the logging using a live monitor but then the drop down doesn't have a stop logging option even though it starts logging but does not have stop logging option. the logging led turns red but no run files are being saved on the sd card.
Please provide us with the solution as early as possible.

Check the formatting of the SD card, it should be FAT32. It sounds like there is a problem writing to that card. If the card is freshly formatted and using FAT32 and it still isn't working, try using a different card to see if it is a card problem.

Sir,
We have tried formatting SD card with FAT32, still, after start logging data is not getting stored in SD card.
After we start logging , status bar shows LOGGING OFF

What is happening with the lights on the data logger? Are there other files being created on the card? Have you tried with a different card?
