USB connection problems to dash 2 pro

Hi, i cant get connected to my dash 2 pro over USB. When can i find a windows 7 driver for it? Windows says device unrecognized? Thanks des

All the drivers are included in our software, so assuming that is installed then it should just work... no other 3rd party drivers are needed.

Ok thank you. I have tried 2 laptops and I get the same problem. I also have problems getting my ECU vems to communicate with the dash 2 pro. Could it be a fault in the unit. Can I send it back for testing?

The USB is usually very reliable so I suspect a connection problem.
I recommend checking the connector pins on the back of the DASH for any small pieces of metal or carbon fibre or even bent pins.
If all looks OK then sounds best to send back for checking...

Thanks for the advice. I found a tiny strand of copper in the connector. Now I'm running great! Thanks
