Hello,

I have an mk1 DL1 that will power up and flash the status and logging lights once upon startup, but then only the power light remains lit.
GPS will not lock even with a new sensor.
When connecting to the serial port with a null modem cable my computer with the RT software does not "see" the DL1
The Status and Logging lights never illuminate.

I am open to any and all suggestions... Including trying to replace internal components if I can find them.

it sounds like the unit may have a hardware fault possibly related to the GPS module.

Due to the age of the unit it may be likely that we are unable to repair the unit, after many of the internal components being discontinued.

ok. I ordered the GPS module and will resolder in a new one. anything else I should try replacing.
