lcd going dim

hey. well had this dash 2 for abut 3-4 months now and since then iv never really done much night time driving. well i did a 40 minute drive the other night and noticed that after about 20 minutes with the back light on it fades off to it being so dim you can hardly see anything.
if you turn it off and on again it goes bright for a split second and then back to being dim again within a couple seconds.
anyone one else shared this exsperiance or can help out with it. steve

I am afraid it sounds like there is a fault with the backlight and it will need to come back to be repaired, please email sales at race-technology.com with a copy of this message and they will arrange a returns number for you. Sorry about that.
