is a file create on flash card if DL1 is not locked with gps ?
can i get parameters like engine temp, pressure on my file ?

Yes.
The DL-1 will create files with or without GPS lock.
Since the DL-1 generates date & time information from the GPS signal, files created without a GPS lock will not contain the correct date and time.
If your file and/or folder names include dates, the dates will be all wrong. If I remember correctly, the date will be January 1, 2004.
If you logged some data but can't find it on the card, look for an oddly-dated file & folder. It could be that logging started before the DL-1 achieved GPS lock.
