[Dan in Saint Louis]

I don't know which section this belongs in, but I guess "General Support" is as close as anything.

Recently the icon that should indicate a message thread with messages I have not yet read has not been active. New messages appear, but not the Unread Message Icon. I remain logged in as "Dan in Saint Louis" and I have tried tossing all the Race Technology cookies from my Firefox Web browser, but the icon remains elusive.

Any ideas? I unintentionally skipped several weeks of messages because the icon never appeared.

Works fine for me so it has to be a "local" problem. I run IE.

I use Firefox and log in and out almost every day. The icons have been working well for me.

Thanks, guys. I'll keep an eye on it and see if that feature returns.

Dan, you are not alone.

I doubt that the problem will fix itself. My "service" degraded to the extent that my login details were not remembered.
Other sites did not suffer, however.

My machine was getting sluggish with close to full drives. Addressing that didn't fix performance, so I did a major(geeks) malware cleanup.
