DL1 - early and OBD2 Interface

Having a few problems here ..
DL1 Mk1 ( with green connector ) and trying to use an OBD2 interface.
Using latest downloaded 8.5 software
1. Monitor Lite is showing data from the DL1
2. Monitor does not show any data from DL1 or OBD2
3. OBD2 Port will send data through my Bluetooth adaptor to my Android Tablet ok .. so I know the data is there ..
So
A. Why no data in Monitor from the DL1 when its there in monitor lite ?
B. Why no data from the OBD2 port at all ?
