Set Date and Time - Australia

The DL1 logs data and saves the files onto the compact flash card fine but i noticed that during the same day it saves the files over a different date.

I think it is using UK time so as it goes past midnight in the UK and it's still the middle of the day here it starts another folder and logs files. Wanted to know if i can change the settings on the DL1 so it references Australia time?

If you have a DL1 MK1 or MK2, run the configuration software and click on the "file naming" tab. From there you can set the correct time zone offset from GMT with the "File time stamp offset from GMT (hours)" dropdown. I suppose that it should be +10 (or maybe +11 when Daylight Savings Time starts).



If you have a MK3, run it's configuration software, click on the "Flash Card storage" button (it's in the upper right). On the window that pops up, click on the "File Naming" tab and set the "File time stamp offset from GMT (hours)" via the dropdown.
