Analysis V8 codes DL2 20 Hz

Hi,
I have a DL2 20 hz. I have just installed The V8 of the analysis software but I can not process the data at the frequency of 20 hz. A message to conctact you is shown.

Can you confirm the serial number of your DL2 please?

Hi,
I cannot give you the serial number because I have just send you today the device to be repaired due to a problem. I can send you via email a copy of the packing list I received when I bought the device.

That is certainly enabled with 20Hz GPS - could you email me a run file, and I'll do some more checking. Please send it to
sales@race-technology.com and mark it for the attention of "Andy".
