DCAT closes unexpectedly

Hi guys,
I'm using the old AP-22 with the DCAT 1.0.0.5.
I installed the DCAT to a new computer, and it works great - to a point. It receives data, I can see the raw data, but when I wanted to use the graph wizard, I got an error message regarding olch2x7.ocx.
I installed the ocx, but the DCAT is still unable to plot a graph, because as I finish ticking the 2 needed data boxes, it closes immediately. I can see for a thousandth second that it writes "start plotting", but it immediately disappears.
Any thoughts?
