Hi, I just recently purchased the GoPro only software after using the demo for a while.
It works fine apart from the video preview.
There is no video preview at all (black) and also, when I load a run and the dialogue comes up asking to confirm if the video I'm loading is the correct one, the preview in there is black as well.
If I export the videos (selecting a lap, adding overlays) everything works perfectly.
This wasn't happening in demo mode. But I think my demo could have been an older version as I was using Demo mode last year.
Is this a common issue?
Anywhere I should look, extra software/libraries to install?
I am using the software (10.2.55) on Windows 10 running within a virtual machine (I'm on Mac).
Thanks in advance!

Re: No video
Hey, thanks, but there is no "submit" button on the form on the support page:

I can upload the files, but not submit the form
