USA purchase options

Well, after about a year, I have given up on getting my CAN module serviced. E-mails have gone unanswered, the forum posts here are ignored.

So, Who is the US retailer that I can buy a new CAN module from?

I have forwarded your enquiry to our Race Technology USA team and asked them to contact you as soon as possible.

We have a Service department who can inspect and test the product for any faults. The USA team will be able to provide the details for returning the item if required.

Need some help over in the installation section of the forum. Or a response to my email from a few days ago. I tried looking on FB but the RT page was shut down or put on hold or something.

Any chance a customer could give me a suggestion re: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=3659

I wanted to update this posting.

Al was fantastic. The CAN adapter is back to me and working perfectly. It must have been the USB to Serial adapter I was using. It worked fine for the Dash2, but not for the CAN adapter.

My heartfelt and sincere thank you to Race Technology and Al for providing this level of post-sales support.
