Suggest stripping out the conversions so you are looking directly at raw voltage data and see if it makes sense.
99% of pressure sensors will read the full voltage scale at the full pressure range and are linear.

TPS: If your car has a three wire TPS, then yes. Just tap into the signal voltage and feed it directly into a free analog in on the DL1. I did a basic calibration with some data at no throttle and at full throttle. Most cars have a linear response on the sensor, so all you need is the low and the hi...

Not sure of the exact logic in the Mk3, but it is an OR statement inside an IF statement. If I where doing this in excel: IF(OR(left lock, right lock),Light turns on) Left Lock = carspeed/wheelspeed>0.05 (or something, need to experiment) IF(statement, true statement consequence, false statement con...

I've often wondered if two fuel flow sensors could accurately measure fuel consumption as described above, but wondered about pressure. Do the sensors compensate for pressure? Do they need to? How about recording injector pulse width and applying an equation instead? Do you have an ECU, and can you...

Final drive is the diff ratio. Normally around 1:3x to 1:4x-ish. Put the 3x or 4x number in that box. You need to have wheel speed fed from a hall effect sensor (or converted from a VSS sensor) into Conn-1, pin #8. The rolling circumference of the wheel needs to be entered and the RPM needs to read ...
