Four strokes, but only one is combustion. So for every two revolutions of the crank it needs only one spark, so it's: ignition pulses = engine rpm / 2.

There is one more issue... The Hondata ECU provides vehicle speed, yet the RT ECU Interface doesn't appear to acquire it! I'm not sure I see a problem:

Pressure [Bar] = ( ( ( input - 0.5) / 4 ) * 250 )
Pressure [Bar] = (input - 0.5) * 62.5
Pressure [Bar] = 62.5 * input - 0.5 * 62.5
Pressure [Bar] = 62.5 * input - 31.25

Al is right; apparently RT makes exactly two Interface units: a generic one that works with virtually every ECU on the market, and then there's one to work with the one ECU on the planet that's different - guess which one that is? The Hondata board outputs data that doesn't have proper RS-232 signal...
