Hi Dave: The Lite Analysis is a new idea, basically a response to new users who are sometimes overwhelmed by the number of possible choices, settings, etc. The difficulty, of course, is knowing what to leave out! Most "power users" probably won't like the Lite version, so a newish user's c...

JC: I'm afraid I don't understand the autostop question, maybe you could email me the setup file and I can open and understand. aseim@race-technology.com Regarding turning off the power w/o stopping recording - this is not recommended procedure but will usually work OK, probably 95%+ reliability. If...

If you bought the sensor from us with a cable attached, there is a resistor inside the splice already. If you have an uncabled sensor, you will need to add a resistor.

Try doing an uninstall from the Race Technology V7 > Other > Uninstall link in the Program Group, then reinstall.

If that doesn't work, do the same thing but select the registry cleaning option.

Let us know how you get on.

Is this a Mk2 (ie serial port on rear, and double row rear connector) DL1?

If so, I can send updated firmware, you might want to download latest Analysis to make sure you have latest DL1 Config utility as well.

A new build, 7.2.16, was just posted in the download section. Please try that and see if the "Bedford and Rockingham" issue is still there.

You will definitely see better behavior in terms of caching, I'm seeing good behavior there.

From the software engineer:

"It depends on how much data is loaded… it can be quite slow! In the first place just leave it a few minutes to make sure the PC isn’t just thinking!"

Not sure what you mean, but:

DL1 and DL2 can output GPS data from serial port.

Analysis can export data, some of which is GPS data.

Not sure that helps?

All you need is a swith between reference V and the analog input. No resistor is required, there is an internal pulldown.

Unfortunately, programming is required on the Analysis end, as this is not one of our supported devices.

For a semi permanent installation, I really like the Posi-Lock series of connectors (assuming you are in the US). One undocumented trick with Posi-Lock is that some of the larger gauge connectors can be "hybridized" with smaller gauge, making multi>one connections neater. Or use a terminal...

Is your DL1 a Mk1 (two single row rear connectors, serial port on front) or a Mk2 (single two row rear connector, serial port on rear)?
