There is a problem with the channel numbering on the Dash1, we have a fix for this with a new version of the configuration software. It will be up on the website in the next day or so. We have tested it with all analogue channels with different channel names and scaling factors and they are all 100%...

Hi Kyle,
There is no ability at the moment to remotely mount shift lights. It has been requested by a few people, so we may well add it to the hardware in the future.

The knowledge base has been changed, and the file has been changed to a .zip file which makes it much easier to download with different browser types.

Hi, If you have reflashed your DL1 you will need to put a setup.bin file on to the CF card to set what you want as your default values. Many values are undefined after the reflash. Simply run the DL1 Configuration program, set the options you require and then save the file on to the CF card. When yo...

I will add it to the list of possible modifications. The setup files are not currently designed for such alarms, but it is certainly not out of the question.

Hi, I'm afraid we can't be more specific on the timeframe. We have a new developer starting soon who will be working on it. As he hasn't started yet, we don't know how quickly he will be able to do the work. But it is on the list of jobs. It is true that an OBDII connection will give only a few para...

There is no audible warning, but there is a bright warning LED which will light, and a message will come on the screen saying something like: Low level warning Oil Pres 32lbs The message will stay on the screen for a few se...

Hi,
All analog inputs are sampled at 100Hz, the same goes for the frequency inputs and accelerometers. If you don't need the data sampled that quickly you can slow it down with the new DL1 Configuration utility in V6.

Hi,
There is no default graph for that, but it is very easy to set up custom graphs. Just set up the graph you require once and then select results/custom and default/store window as custom. You can then name that as g-circle and you can call it up whenever you like.

Hi, The plastic could affect the signal, it really depends on exactly what the plastic is made of, the only real way to find out is to try it and see how you get on. Ideally the antenna would be mounted as high up as possible with a clear view to the horizon in all directions. To see how good the si...
