Re: Dash 2 sensors set up
Hello, You have a few options in this situation. 1) Use one of our ECU interfaces / CAN adaptors to obtain the data from the ECU & display it on the dash. However check if your model of DTA ECU is on our list of compatible aftermarket ECUs first - http://www.race-technology.com/gb/racing/products/e...

Re: Live Monitor showing incorrect analogue voltage readings
Hello,
Can you send us your DL1 & DASH2 configuration files to my email: daniel (at) race - technology (dot) com for inspection? Additionally, some test data would be most useful in this situation.

Re: Approach for tracks where start line and finish line are not in the same place
Hello,
in this situation there are two options:
1) Drop the lap marker where the finish line is going to be on the circuit.
2) Use the analysis tool to drop "start of run" & "end of run" markers onto the circuit.

Re: system fail to communicate send configuration ERROR
Dear Customer, Try connecting the DASH2 directly to the computer if you haven't already i.e. black D-type communications connector from the dashes wiring harness > USB to serial adaptor > computer USB port. If that doesn't work check the firmware version your DASH2 is running on i.e. press & hold t...

Hello, 1) No. You can entre any value between 0-19. The advisory message means each box must have a bigger value then the previous. For example 0 1 2 3 4 3 2 1 0 would not work. I am not sure why we needed to state that. ;-) http://i68.tinypic.com/1042007.jpg 2) Connect sensor like below. Resistor a...

Re: DL1 MK1 No Longer Recording on CF Card
Hello, I can confirm Windows has stopped supporting the FAT16 filing system in Windows 10. You are also unable to refomat a memory card using the Race Technology software as the software only calls the Windows routine to format the card. I recommend buying a few cards and not reformatting them routi...

Re: Test Dash4Pro
Hello, I don't understand why the DASH4 will not work using the latest firmware. The format of the data has stayed the same. This makes no sense... I've spoken to Life, and they say the best route is to have the F88 ECU reconfigured to send CAN over RS232 You can send data over CAN or RS232 it is th...
