Not that this has anything to do with your question, but I'm curious how the sanctioning body does this fairly? Do they require each car to do a roll down to calculate rolling resistance cda after each race?

You might need to change from frequency as a count to frequency as a percentage of total counts. Just create another coulm and divide by the total sum data items. Format cells to show as percentage.

It shows what percent of the time I'm at what speed.

It can't be too hard to add functionality to do this, considering you can do it with the xy graph...

The problem is calculating frequency % in excel, AFAIK there is no way to do that. Any chance of an enhancement for a future version?

Like the topic says, I would like to export the results of a Bar Chart to a csv file. If nothing else It would be nice to have the crosshairs show up with the box to tell you the exact value for each bar.
