No Dash 2 Lap times?

I have a DL1 feeding a Dash 2 to on our race car. We have a .lap file installed but cannot get lap times to show. The Dash lap counter works OK, the logged data is good and records laps etc. fine but nothing on the Dash?? My son occasionally sees "a flash of something" as he crosses the l...

Thanks for the help. V119 seems to have done the trick and is now working OK - only problem is the driver (my son) doesn't like some of the answers!!

thanks again for the response but still no luck. The variables manager only has Standard Variables, External Inputs, GPS variables, User Defined Variables and Serial Variables. The lap/sector chart does show rows for simulated and simulated delta both greyed out and n/a.

Thanks, but that appears to be my problem, I cannot see any "simulated Variables" in the variable manager. I have tried various car options using defaults and manual settings but still nothing?

Simulation in Version 7.3.96

I have just downloaded the new version 7.3.96 and tried to use the lap simulation feature (I had not tried this before). However, after following the help section etc. cannot see any simulation variables. The help says this is still in development mode but should I be able to use it in this version...

The sensor is powered all the time and appears to be working OK except I don't believe the readings. I had been hoping to get some more info/things to check before calling PLX - their forum is impossible to log on to.

Thanks.

No, we are running unleaded 98 Octane 10% biofuel as commercially available here in New Zealand.

PLX Devices Lamda drift

I have a PLX Devices Air Fuel Ratio sensor unit connected to a DL1 as supplied by RTUSA. It had been working well for the last year but the last 2 races it appears to be 'drifting' . The free air voltage appears to be good - 2.35V but is showing an increasingly lean mixture on the track which does n...

Lite Monitor working - Monitor not working

I have a DL1 installation and in trying to set-up a new set of sensors I am not getting the full Monitor to work. When I look at each sensor individually on Lite Monitor they all work perfectly yet the full version still doesn't function? The .mon file has 12 gauges on 2 tabs and all others deleted...

Air Temperature sensor error

Hi, I am new to data logging so there may be a simple answer to this. We are just installing a DL1 and the sensors are all working OK so far except the Bosch Air temp sensor - from RT. We get a measurement but of -14 C on a 20 C day, I've checked and re-entered the formula with the same result. I r...
